Creative Beginnings CDC is a child development center, established on January 1, 2003, which is family-owned and operated by Dedric and Elissa Woodle. Creative Beginnings CDC is a multi-location company with the best Directors on the east coast. We are committed as a family and team to work together to provide an excellent high-quality education environment where children are loved and nurtured.

We believe every child is a precious gift, and every child is an individual. We feel it is a blessing from God to be given the patience and abilities to care for children, and to be a positive influence in their lives. We feel that the very first years of education are critical and memorable times for young children.
